Matthew Eisenstadt

Managing Director

Having joined MGP in 2008, Matt has worked in a range of project management and business development roles. As Corporate Development Manager, Matt led MGP’s working relationship with NICE and the development of new company brands and revenue streams. More recently, as Sales and Marketing Director, he has led significant growth in company sales, formed a newly created marketing team, and played a key role in the company senior management team.

Sharon Brady

HR Director

Sharon joined MGP as HR Manager in 2015. She has over 20 years’ experience of working in a variety of HR roles across a diverse range of businesses including Deutsche Bank, BSI, and Hays.

As HR Director, Sharon is responsible for the full range of HR duties, including planning and implementing training and development for the company.

david stevens

Head of Digital and Information Services

David joined MGP in 2018 as Digital Product Manager, to champion the digital functions and maximise the potential of MGP websites and apps. Prior to MGP he gained 13 years’ experience in IT before spending 4 years managing a web and analytics team for an international membership organisation.


As Head of Digital and Information Services, David is responsible for the teams that deliver the ongoing development of the digital, data and technology infrastructure.

Ivor Eisenstadt

Consultant

Prior to founding MGP, Ivor spent 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry in sales, marketing, and general management with Schwarz Pharma, ICI Pharmaceuticals, and Kabi Pharmacia. Ivor is a past Chairman of the PM Society and of the Hertfordshire Valleys CCG Dacorum Patients Group. 

Emily Boys

Head of Project Delivery

Emily joined MGP in 2018 and leads the team of project managers and editors responsible for delivering MGP’s multichannel medical education projects. Following completion of a PhD in genetics/plant pathology, she moved into science communication, gaining over 6 years’ experience in editing and project management. She also has experience in market research, employee and customer satisfaction surveys, and analysing/visualising data.

Valerie Benfield

Head of Marketing

Valerie joined MGP in 2006 and following a short break in service she rejoined MGP in 2015; she has worked in a range of project management and marketing roles. In 2019 she took on the role of Marketing Manager in the newly created marketing team and now heads up a combined marketing and events team. The team are responsible for all brand marketing and the delivery of all aspects of the Guidelines Live annual conference. Valerie has over 35 years’ experience in healthcare marketing including over 18 years working within the pharmaceutical industry for KabiVitrum, Kabi Pharmacia, and Pharmacia in brand management. She brings a wealth of experience in developing and managing brands throughout the product life cycle and working in blue chip pharma companies.

SOPHIE HATTON

Head of Publications

Sophie joined MGP in 2020 as Editor of Guidelines. She now leads MGP’s Publications team to deliver multimedia content to healthcare professionals to support best practice through concise clinical guideline summaries under the GuidelinesGuidelines for Nurses, and Guidelines for Pharmacy brands; and expert articles and content through Guidelines in Practice. Sophie has over 13 years’ experience in publishing across the global medical devices and pharmaceutical industries, and the healthcare and dental professions in the UK.

Rosie Eisenstadt

Consultant

Rosie is co-founder of MGP. Prior to this, she gained 17 years experience in research and quality assurance in both the NHS and pharmaceutical industry, working with ICI Pharmaceuticals and Amersham International.
